General

Getting started with Cargors is very easy. The whole process includes the following steps:

1. Sign up on our mobile app or on the web panel
2. After sign up Cargors will validate and activate your account within 24 hours.
3. After activation you can login and get started

If this is not clear then please contact us and we will be happy to guide you.

Validation is done by a Cargors employee to safeguard overall quality.

Your password can be reset from the login screen or from the edit profile screen. In case you need any help then please do not hesitate to contact us.

You can access your account 24/7 from the web panel, Android and iOS application. Both mobile and web have all the functionalities.

A carrier can add dispatchers (planners) from the left navigation panel. This will create a separate account that will be linked to the master account of the carrier.

A dispatcher can also create an account from the login screen when in possession of the unique carriers ID. This ID is provided to the carrier during signup.

User rating system

You can rate your carriers after completing a shipment with them. This way we make sure that we have valid reviews. Carriers can be rated for the following:

• Price
• Quality
• Service
• Track and trace

Furthermore, you can also give your remarks and help carriers improve in the future. Let’s help each other.
