Your Job

You’ll manage a complex field of suppliers and contracts in the Hard and Soft Facility Management services portfolio for our offices (8) and support locations (16) at VodafoneZiggo. You’ll take the lead in professionalizing contract management and getting the most out of our agreements with suppliers. You’ll also kickstart and encourage continuous service and quality development with contract partners, which is essential for driving innovation or taking partnerships to the next level. Together with our managing agent (Heyday), your mission is to deliver flexible, future-proof services with suppliers that get results.

What You Bring to the Job

You’ll be the go-to contact for our suppliers, so you need to build strong relationships and have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. You’re ambitious and confident negotiating with third parties, and you’ve got strong stakeholder management experience (understanding how things work in a big, complex organization). Here’s what else we’re looking for:

• You’re data-driven, set clear targets, and track progress using KPIs.
• You have a degree in Facility Management (HBO level) and experience with procurement/contract management in this field.
• You’ve got at least 3 years of experience managing large or complex contracts for both hard and soft services.
• Experience working with a “managing agent” is a bonus.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is a must for this role.
