Location: Utrecht office or remote in the UK. Join our Customer Success International team at a global leader in Multi-Channel Retail Management!

Your Job

Channable offers an amazing product, and we are focusing on expanding our UK and international markets. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our existing client portfolio, significantly impacting the company's revenue growth. You'll be responsible for our partners and clients, including major brands you see in every shopping street.

You will ensure our clients and partners achieve their goals using our products, driving Channable's growth targets and creating active brand advocates. You'll be the go-to person and a Channable expert, playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client and partner satisfaction.

Your Challenges

  • Perform onboardings, impact reviews & check-ins. Realize success plans with partners and clients, working both online and onsite.
  • Prevent churn and realize upsell, including reporting & forecasting.
  • Conduct training sessions with our clients and partners; at our office and online.
  • Enable product advocacy; collaborate with our marketer for blogs, webinars, and success stories.
  • Be the voice of the customer. Capture insights and share with teams like product, development, sales & marketing.
  • Perform activities such as roundtables, webinars, partner days, training days, trade shows & events.
  • Optimize customer life cycle and Customer Success Management processes.

In essence, you'll build your network and interact with small webshop owners, marketers of renowned brands, and digital marketing agencies, becoming their trusted advisor to grow their business with Channable.

Who Are You?

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnership Management, or Relationship Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS and/or eCommerce. A background in Marketing or Agency is preferred.
  • Interest in online marketing and eCommerce.
  • Social, persuasive, and energetic.
  • Completed HBO education, such as commercial economics, (international) business, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills (at least C1 level proficiency).

Other Requirements:

  • Living in Utrecht or within travel distance, or in the UK (working fully remote).
  • Willing to visit the Utrecht office two days per week, or travel for onboarding and important events if in the UK.
  • Available to travel for client visits.
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days).

  • The salary range based on 40 hours is between gross €3,200 - €3,400 (80%) per month within a clear career & salary structure 💸💸
