To support the growth of Liberi Group, we are searching for a (Junior) Corporate Development Manager who is able to support us from our office in the Netherlands (Heemstede)!

At Liberi Group we connect biotech startups with pharmaceutical companies and investors to make licensing deals and raise funds. As (Junior) Corporate Development Manager you are responsible for identifying new potential clients, maintaining communications with external parties, negotiating contracts, and finding ways to generate new business opportunities. In this role you will be in direct contact with senior level executives, discuss about their scientific achievements, understanding their goals and challenges as a company, and finding solutions through strategic partnerships.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically. The company has a strong innovative mindset and therefore you are given a lot of creative freedom within this role. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and prospecting;
  • developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
  • creating and presenting sales proposals and presentations to potential clients;
  • working on leads and opportunities from existing marketing channels;
  • independently analyze the market data and extrapolate into strategic steps

The ideal candidate?

The ideal candidate has a bachelor/master’s degree, is fluent in English (other languages are a plus), and has a creative and ambitious mindset with a passion for sales. Other requirements for this role:

  • passionate about the life science industry and drug development;
  • entrepreneurial and proactive attitude;
  • strong communication and presentation skills;
  • the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions;
  • flexible mindset towards work hours because this can change upon the time zone of our clients
