You and your Job As a Data Scientist within the Customer Insights team, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights for our business. You will be using your analytical expertise to translate data into powerful models and actionable insights with the aim to better understand our customers and improve our products and services. You are a strong communicator able to advise product, development and sales teams with your data driven stories. Practical Examples Investigate business information needs and define functionalities for new tools and models. Develop and maintain analytics solutions for data processing and visualization. Create models and algorithms that continuously recognize, signal, and report patterns in data. Independently collect, edit, validate, and understand collected data for predictive insights. Contribute to process improvements and operational design. Act as a sparring partner, providing expertise and advice to colleagues and management. Data Transformation and Insights: Develop user-friendly solutions that transform large datasets into actionable insights based on predefined specifications. Data Collection and Validation: Gather, process, validate, and analyze data to extract predictive insights. Effective Communication: Advise decision-makers and ensure satisfaction among internal and external stakeholders. Monitoring and Coordination: Efficiently monitor, coordinate, and adjust activities to achieve desired results aligned with organizational goals. Our main focus areas are the improvement of customer satisfaction and journeys; existing customer management; and identifying additional revenue opportunities. This is what we offer yo Gross salary between € 3.711 and € 5.300 per month (scale 8). Depending on your experience and seniority.
