As a in the Global Business Services team, you will create, maintain, and verify the data in our EMEA and Asian Customer Databases. You will be at the heart of our Commercial Business Operations, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Financial Planning and Analysis, Customer Support, and Accounts Receivable.

The Customer Data Team Global Business Services is responsible for creating, maintaining, and verifying the Customer Data for all our customers across all IDEXX lines of business.

In this role you will:

  • Review and input information into systems and databases according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Contact stakeholders when needed to clarify information.
  • Map customer data from our legacy systems into SAP.
  • Audit, validate, and reconcile data in different Laboratory Databases. You will resolve discrepancies and make corrections as needed.
  • Maintain centralized customer master data in the system.
  • Coordinate with sales, customers, and other departments to answer questions, exchange information, clarify policies, and resolve issues as needed.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementation.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Shared Service environment, Data Entry, or Pricing. A bachelor’s degree will serve you a great advantage.
  • Excellent administrative and data entry skills and ability to balance speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with systems and databases like SAP and Sales Force.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and can handle a high workload.
  • Ability to work in a team and individually.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and solution-driven mindset.
  • A willingness to learn and are open to feedback.
  • Fluency in English, both in writing and verbal.
  • High ethical standards.
