What is this role about?

You will take a key role to drive information system strategy across M&S and cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible to manage exterprise Sale Force System (TME), system development and enhancement, system testing, training on system usage, ensuring quality data collection, maintaining data information accurate and reports to support business operation. This includes managing and supporting vendors in developing program or applications for business strategy.

What will you do?

  • Sales Information System Management
    • Manage Sales Information System in response to business requirements through working closely with regional IT team, market team, and vendors.
    • Ensure smooth execution of all aligned Sales activities and Marketing programs in TME system and maximization of input/output accuracy.
    • Manage data governance processes and adherence of guidelines between internal business units and external audit along with JTI's control & compliance policy.
    • Provide system training as well as user guide to ensure all stakholders are able to perform effectively.
    • Set and test trade promotion machanic on TME system and Connexus.
  • System and Digitalization Enhancement
    • Develop new system and program enhancement to support business requirements.
    • Explore new technologies to cater report requests from M&S and cross-functionals.
    • Facilitate successful implementation of new technology/ program/ application, fostering the company continuous process/ performance improvement.
  • Sales Performance Data
    • Undertake all sales reports and KPI incentives used for tracking and representing performance.
    • Develop big data and auto run analytic to cater reports requested from M&S and cross-functionals.
    • Work with with BI/SI team in regards to data availability for Power BI.
    • Maintain corporate share-points where all reports and documents stored for property distribution.
  • Software/Hardware Management (together with IT)
    • Manage TME license for handheld and back office.
    • Organize handheld leasing and manage upgrades.
    • Manage all technical aspects of our Data Warehouse, including connectivity, stability, and overall operation
  • Sales Systems Budget Planning & Management (together with IT)
    • Plan budget with monthly phasing and monitoring.
    • Manage sales information system spending within the budget.

Who are we looking for?

  • Has minimum 2 years experience in management of Sales Automation system or IT business application development. Digital Savvy. Strong reporting & analytical skills
  • Proficient in Cantoneese and English language, written and verbal communication.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in computer, marketing, IT or any related fields.
  • Proficient in digital platforms, IT Continuity Management, Data Management, Communication Skill, Analysis and Problem solving.
