The Amsterdam office and the Corporate Practice

The Amsterdam office of Hogan Lovells provides you with the best of both worlds: it combines a high quality global firm with the advantages of a mid-sized firm. With a team of c. 50 lawyers, (deputy) notaries and tax advisors we provide our clients with clear, practical and high quality advice through a collaborative approach. We develop quickly implementable and viable solutions for the complex challenges our clients face.

The Corporate/M&A and ECM practice area sits within the Corporate and Finance practice group and covers the full range of corporate/M&A and ECM work. The team has extensive experience advising public and private companies, Private Equity firms, investment banks, boards of directors, and other clients on national and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, strategic investments, multi-billion Euro global deals, joint ventures, restructurings and Equity Capital Markets transactions (such as IPOs, direct listings, ABBs).

We are looking for you

We are looking for an Associate that can further strengthen our team, with c. 3 years of experience. A team player who is proactive, ambitious, pragmatic and solution-oriented. The successful candidate will also have strong analytical and technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
