The Role

As an intern (HR & Business Administration Support) in the Analytics Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE), you will help the CoE run smoothly across multiple hubs by supporting recurring internal events, ongoing community touchpoints, and people/program processes. You will work in an international, multi-location environment and collaborate closely with chapter leads, area leads, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities such as rotations between tribes and squads, hiring pipeline coordination, and ad-hoc operational topics. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys structured execution, clear communication, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

The team

The Analytics Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE) connects and supports multiple hubs, tribes, and squads by setting standards, enabling collaboration, and driving community initiatives. We organize recurring internal meetings and events, such as chapter cadence, CoE updates, and enablement sessions, and run occasional larger programs that require coordination across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recurring CoE internal events and meetings, including planning, agendas, logistics, minutes, follow-ups, and action tracking.
  • Support program management for people initiatives such as rotations between tribes and squads, including intake, matching support, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking.
  • Help manage the hiring pipeline by coordinating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, maintaining an overview of interview stages and next steps, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and overviews, such as calendars, contact lists, trackers, meeting packs, and program status updates, to enable transparency across hubs.
  • Partner with chapter leads and area leads to proactively identify operational improvements and support ad-hoc coordination needs.
  • Support clear communication across stakeholders by drafting internal announcements, consolidating inputs, and ensuring decisions and actions are captured and shared.

How to succeed:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
  • Clear and confident communicator, written and verbal, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural, and distributed team setting across hubs and time zones.
  • Ability to handle complexity by structuring ambiguous inputs into an actionable plan and following through.
  • Experience with basic planning and documentation tools such as Microsoft 360 suite, Teams, and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Interest in working in a tech/data environment and learning how cross-functional teams operate.

Rewards and benefits

  • Internship allowance of 700 EUR based on a 36-hour work week
  • Your own work laptop
  • Hybrid working to blend home working for focus and office working for collaboration and co-creation
  • Personal growth and challenging work with endless possibilities
  • An informal working environment with innovative colleagues
