Sales Operations Specialist

Would you like to play a key role in the operations behind international high-tech solutions? At Nedap UV, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who ensures everything related to customer orders, deliveries and forecast alignment runs smoothly and predictably. In this role, you are the connecting link between international OEM customers, account management, Purchase Operations and logistics partners. You make sure commercial agreements are delivered upon and that customers worldwide can rely on reliable deliveries and clear communication. You will work in a compact, technically oriented business unit with plenty of room for ownership and autonomy. At the same time, you will indirectly contribute to sustainable applications such as water purification and industrial UV technology.

What are you going to do?

You will become part of Nedap UV, a specialized business unit of approximately 17 colleagues within Nedap. The team develops high-power electronics for UV applications such as water purification, wastewater treatment and industrial curing processes. The atmosphere within the team is informal, technical and hands-on. You will work closely with colleagues from Account Management, Engineering, Operations and Purchase Operations. Due to the size of the team, you will have a direct impact on processes, customer satisfaction and collaboration.

Required skills

We are looking for an experienced operations professional who gets energy from customer interaction, maintaining overview and ensuring international delivery processes run smoothly.

In addition, you bring:

• a bachelor’s working and thinking level, preferably with a degree in business administration, economics or a related field;
• at least 3 years of experience in order management, sales operations, supply chain or customer operations;
• experience in an international B2B environment;
• experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics;
• strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• ownership, resilience and strong communication skills.
