As Platform Owner Finance & Commerce within CBS, you are responsible for the stability, development and future of key IT platforms. You combine people leadership with platform strategy and work closely with business and project teams.

As Platform Owner Finance & Commerce, you are accountable for the end-to-end ownership of the Finance and Commerce platforms within our international CBS organisation. Your role is a balanced mix of people management (around 50%) and strategic platform ownership (around 50%). You define the platform vision and roadmap and ensure stable, secure and compliant IT services.

You work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners. Large changes, such as the migration from Navision to SAP and the redesign of the Creatio Sales module, are led by dedicated project leads. From the IT side, you are responsible for the platforms themselves: their continuity, manageability and further development after delivery. You lead the make- and run-teams, safeguard governance, manage vendors and ensure that platforms continue to meet business needs.

You work within the Finance & Commerce domain of Cross-Border Solutions. Together with six internal colleagues, including solution consultants and developers, you form a close-knit team. You also work closely with international stakeholders and external partners.

• Salary between € 4,588.87 and € 7,559.08 gross per month based on 37 hours per week. Working 32 hours per week is also possible.

In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:

• You have Bachelor or Master level working and thinking skills.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in platform management and IT operations.
• You have at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• You have experience with enterprise architecture and platform strategy.
• You have excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
