About the job

  • You'll monitor and maintain the operational performance of customer data platforms, ensuring system stability, health, availability, and optimal performance across our global markets.
  • You’ll design, build, and maintain operational dashboards using Tableau, Datadog, or equivalent BI/observability tools, leveraging data from Snowflake to enable effective operational monitoring.
  • You'll investigate and resolve platform incidents and issues, working collaboratively with technology teams to implement solutions and restore normal operations.
  • You'll implement and manage platform changes and releases, ensuring proper testing, validation, and deployment with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • You'll support data processing activities, including monitoring data loads, extracts, and batch processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • You'll implement security and access controls for customer data platforms, ensuring appropriate user permissions and compliance with security policies.

About you

  • Experience in IT operations, platform support, or similar roles, with knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Datadog, or equivalent analytics and monitoring platforms, with a strong understanding of operational KPI design.
  • Comfortable working with system monitoring tools and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Understanding of data processing concepts and security management to maintain robust platform operations.
  • Strong SQL proficiency, including complex joins, aggregations, CTEs, data validation queries, and performance optimisation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional environments with various stakeholders across the organisation.
