• A university degree (or bachelor’s) in finance, business economics or a related discipline.
• At least eight years’ relevant experience in a finance/business partnering role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Dutch is highly preferable.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced analytics/financial planning tools.

How do you do this?

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the business (business model, customers, offerings) to strategically guide Business Leads and shape key decisions that add value.
• Analyse and report on performance and provide forward-looking analyses and scenario modelling to inform business decisions for existing and future business models.
• Develop business cases, initiatives and KPI sets, and support related finance processes.
• Contribute to the budgeting process by working closely with the FP&A team, using predictive forecasting and driver-based planning tools.
• Lead by example: inspire and motivate colleagues, promote collaboration across the business, and build sustainable working relationships.
