Managed Group Services operates at the heart of NN’s support organizations. It acts as the bridge between Group Functions, such as HR, Facility Management, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Legal & Compliance and the external vendors delivering the majority of group‑wide shared services. Your work ensures that service delivery is robust, cost‑efficient and compliant, and that the architecture behind these services aligns with NN’s broader transformation ambitions.

What you are going to do

As Domain Architect MGS, you provide architectural direction for the Managed Group Services domain and help ensure that all digital solutions supporting Group Support Functions are stable, secure, future‑ready and aligned with EBT’s strategic objectives.

You will:

  • Deliver domain‑specific architectural guidance for Managed Group Services, including outsourced services such as Risk Reporting, IT tooling teams, and Group Services platforms
  • Guide product owners and function leads within Group Support Functions in translating their needs into sustainable architectural patterns
  • Provide architectural oversight for the lifecycle of MGS‑related digital products and services, ensuring consistency in security, integration, data quality, compliance and vendor interactions
  • Support the domain architect in representing the MGS domain in architecture boards and EBT alignment sessions
  • Shape and refine the operating model for MGS, ensuring a clear division of responsibilities between business, IT and external suppliers and improving control over value, costs and risk
  • Contribute to the reduction of shadow IT within support functions by promoting reusable, governed and standardised EBT solutions
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance and risk requirements
  • Support the EBT vendor‑management processes and governance structures around outsourced services

What we offer you

  • Competitive hourly rate depending on your knowledge and experience
  • Start as soon as possible for +/- 8 months
  • Hybrid way of working, party from home and partly from the office
  • International working environment with loads of knowledge sharing

Who you are

You are an experienced IT or Domain Architect with deep knowledge of complex operating models, vendor landscapes and group‑wide support processes.

  • 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise architecture or domain architecture
  • Proven experience in shared services, HR/Finance/Risk/Legal platforms, outsourcing governance or service management
  • Strong ability to work across central/Group Functions and IT organisations
  • Knowledge of security, compliance and risk frameworks relevant to shared services
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset

Who you will work with

You will work within the EBT Architecture team — a group of passionate professionals dedicated to shaping NN’s enterprise technology landscape. You will collaborate closely with:

  • Cem Dogan – Domain Architect GSF
  • Product Owners within Group Support Functions
  • Vendor management teams and external partners delivering Group Services
  • EBT leadership, security, compliance and architecture boards
