Freelance Event Manager - PROVADA 2026

The Role

ParkBee is looking for an experienced freelance B2B marketeer and event manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our PROVADA 2026 presence. You will be the central project manager, creative lead and execution driver for everything that happens before, during and after the fair.

This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to our leadership team and key partners. You will work closely with our sales team, marketing leads, and external partners including our stand builder.

In the first 6 weeks (March 15 – end of April), the work is primarily planning-focused: briefing the stand builder, aligning on brand direction, coordinating the design process and setting up the communication plan. From May onwards the pace increases, with the final 3 weeks requiring close to full-time commitment.

What You Will Own

  • Stand and build: Brief and manage our stand builder on the rebrand of our stand. Oversee new stand design elements, AV and technical elements. Submit the Conceptinrichtingsplan to PROVADA by 19 April 2026.

  • Pre-event communication: LinkedIn campaign, email to supply clients, media partnerships (Vastgoedmarkt, Vastgoedjournaal), paid social activation.

  • Stand programme: Coordinate speaking slots, client drinks per afternoon, and 3 evening client dinners during the fair.

  • Team logistics: Stand schedule, briefing documents, printed materials, catering and dinner bookings.

  • On-site management: Daily briefings at 09:30, stand activation, visitor engagement, signing moment logistics.

  • Post-event: Lead follow-up coordination, LinkedIn content, evaluation report.

What We Are Looking For

Must have:

  • Experience in event-project management and B2B marketing.

  • Proven track record managing trade fair presences as a stand holder or project manager.

  • Autonomous and highly organised — you run the project and take initiative.

  • Strong written communication in Dutch and English.

  • Experience with LinkedIn paid campaigns and email marketing tools.

  • Comfortable managing external suppliers.

  • Available for the full fair week (June 8–14 2026).

Strong plus:

  • Experience in PropTech, real estate technology or SaaS.

  • Network in Dutch real estate or smart city sectors.
