We are a company with no managers. This means we trust our colleagues to do the right thing and be able to make their own decisions. We believe in empowering our employees to make decisions when they need to be made and when they grow our company will grow with them.

We have multicultural teams, and we use an agile methodology. Today we have more than 15 nationalities at Visma Nmbrs spread out in our 3 office locations in Lisbon, Amsterdam and Stockholm but thanks to our multicultural teams we make it feel like we are all in one location. We also love bringing people together for squad dynamics, summer events, winter events, brainstorms, barbecue's, pub quizes - you name it!
