Are you an experienced marketing leader with an entrepreneurial mindset looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic, international environment? Do you have a passion for driving consumer-focused strategies in the FMCG sector? Nutricia Worldwide is seeking a Head of Consumer Marketing to join our team in Rijswijk, Netherlands. This is a pivotal role in our organization, where you and your team will lead marketing initiatives across diverse markets and help shape the future of our early life nutrition brands.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and consumer engagement.
  • Inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture, and a strong team mentality.
  • Champion people leadership by developing and mentoring team members, creating future leaders, and positively impacting peers.
  • Foster a strong team mentality and a positive work environment, propelling forward as an organization rather than as individuals.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to integrate various data points and generate actionable consumer insights.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of brand positioning, concept development, and copy development.
  • Successfully lead strategic and operational projects, such as brand/product launches, brand positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with various agencies, including creative, media, and BTL agencies.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company's overall objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and communications to various stakeholders.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in a multinational FMCG environment, with regional or global roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing marketing strategies in a multinational FMCG context.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to define, plan, and run projects independently.
  • Proven experience in developing markets with a fluid matrix structure, demonstrating cultural savviness and sensitivity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Hebrew are a plus.
  • A strong team player with a passion for marketing and a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, with a track record of successful digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective marketing solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage and collaborate with different types of agencies.
  • Experience with distributor setting is a plus
