WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an intern at Stoov, you’ll join our Operations department and work closely with the Operations, Customer Care, and Sales teams. You’ll get the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of a dynamic and fast-paced company that’s all about delivering comfort and warmth to our customers, on time, every time.

You’ll work alongside the team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From managing stock levels to supporting customer care, your work will directly impact the customer experience.

You’re someone who’s passionate about anything that has to do with Operations, Supply, smooth processes and creating an amazing customer experience. You thrive on solving problems, enjoy keeping things organised and efficient, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.

During your internship, you will;

  • Monitor and provide daily insights into stock levels and expected inbound shipments;
  • Oversee customs clearance processes and ensure complete and timely receipt of sea freight deliveries;
  • Contact customers when shipping or availability issues arise, and ensure fast resolution and dispatch;
  • Proactively inform customers about shipping delays and keep them updated on their order status;
  • Process incoming returns and handle refund procedures;
  • Support the Customer Care team with stock availability and spare part shipment issues;
  • Accurately administer all stock movements in our ERP system;
  • Process and test R&D product returns at our office;
  • Manage and respond to Trustpilot reviews, turning each into a positive customer experience;
  • Assist with ongoing projects and help tackle upcoming challenges;
  • Put theory into practice: you’ll have the freedom to suggest and implement process improvements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You are as dedicated to the planet as we are;
  • You are currently enrolled in your 3rd or 4th study year at a Dutch University;
  • You are looking for a hands-on internship (we offer room for max. 1 day of research);
  • You are enthusiastic to support our customers and the team with Logistical or stock-level questions;
  • You are excited to understand the logistics world behind e-commerce and can't wait to visit our warehouses;
  • You are into data and figures, are accurate and analytically strong;
  • You are stress-resistant and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get problems solved the same day;
  • You are communicative, like to take initiative and can work both independently and in a team;
  • You are proactive and eager to learn;
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • You have a student travel card (studenten OV).
