Rostudios is a fast-growing international fitness and lifestyle brand, and we’re entering an exciting new phase of expansion. With 20+ new studios in the pipeline across Europe and a US launch on the horizon, we are looking for a Junior Expansion Lead to support and accelerate our growth journey.

This role is an exciting opportunity to take early ownership within our international expansion team, supporting site acquisition and development across multiple markets. You will work closely with and report directly to the Head of Expansion & Retail, who will provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support for your professional development.

As Junior Expansion Lead, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new locations while progressively taking ownership across the full expansion lifecycle. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early experience in real estate or retail development who is ready to grow into a senior expansion role over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential locations for new studios in line with Rostudios’ growth strategy
  • Support lease negotiations and assist in managing contractual agreements with landlords and external partners
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and market research to inform decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and local stakeholders
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential sites across multiple markets
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Construction and Operations, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to the Head of Expansion & Retail

Your qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and French (spoken and written)
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in real estate, site acquisition, retail, or property development
  • Strong interest in international expansion and commercial real estate
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable presenting recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess location potential and financial viability
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willing to travel regularly across Europe
  • Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus
