As Lead Engineer Send & Receive Team, you will take technical ownership of our core digital channels team, which handles Track & Trace and sending flows. You will work with a modern tech stack: C# for the backend and Angular or React for the frontend.

You will lead a large hybrid team of internal engineers and 6–8 offshore engineers. During 2026, you will guide the team through a major transformation: splitting into two specialised functions (“Send” and “Receive”) while ensuring stability and quality. This role combines technical leadership with strategic team building and process improvement.

• Salary between €4.521 and €7.559 gross per month at 37 hours per week. 32 hrs is possible too!
• Scope to work hybrid and arrange your hours flexibly. Do you work two days or more per week from home? Then you will receive an allowance of €45 net per month.

• 8% holiday pay and 25 holiday days if you work full-time.

You are an experienced tech lead who takes ownership and thinks strategically.

You also have the following qualities:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree thinking level
• Extensive experience with C# and either Angular or React.
• Proven AWS expertise.
• Experience managing large teams and improving development processes.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technology and business.
