About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner to strengthen our product team and help shape our property management application suite.

As a Product Owner, you combine vision with execution. You love technology, understand business needs, and are passionate about delivering outstanding user experiences, while creating real value for our clients. You have a strong affinity with software, digital processes, modern tools and embrace the potential of AI.

You will work closely with the CTO, fellow Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and our Sales and Operations teams.

What you will do

• Own a part of the Wunderbricks product suite and help define a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Translate customer needs and business challenges into clear product improvements, features, and user stories
• Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with user stories, features, and enhancements
• Work closely with development teams during sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, sales, operations, development teams and partners) to understand their needs and pain points
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure our product stays ahead of the curve
• Act as a subject-matter expert for the product, internally and externally
• Support pre-sales and operations together with product knowledge and practical thinking
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and user needs to keep our product ahead of the curve

What you bring

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-related role
• Preferably a technical background, or at least clear affinity or experience with software, automation, and digital tools
• A strong interest in technology and how it can improve business processes
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus
• A proactive, energetic, and curious mindset
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, scalable solutions
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Experience in the real-estate domain is a plus
• Experience with Agile / Scrum is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Experience in real estate / property management is a plus
