About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner to strengthen our product team and help shape our property management application suite.

As a Product Owner, you combine vision with execution. You love technology, understand business needs, and are passionate about delivering outstanding user experiences, while creating real value for our clients.

You will work closely with the CTO, fellow Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and our Sales and Operations teams.

What you will do

• Own a part of the PMS product suite and define a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with user stories, features, and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, sales, operations, development teams and partners) to identify and refine customer needs
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure our product stays ahead of the curve
• Act as a subject-matter expert for the product, internally and externally
• Support pre-sales activities and customer implementations together with internal teams and partners
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Strong passion for using technology to improve business processes
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, scalable product solutions
• Experience working in agile / Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of user behavior and user-centered design principles
• A client-focused mindset, with experience engaging directly with customers to understand needs and pain points
• Empathy for great UX and a drive to deliver intuitive, high-quality features
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Experience in the real-estate domain is a plus
