This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Unilever’s Home Care business, joining the Home Care Europe team.

Job purpose

We are looking for a FP&A and Performance Analyst to join our team. This is a key role with great exposure to HC leadership team, both in Finance and the business. We are looking for someone who wants to drive value-creation by applying their financial understanding, who is seeking to learn and develop their career, and create great connections along the way.

What will your main responsibilities be

  • Forecasting and Month-End-Closing Activities: Manage and oversee the entire P&L.

  • Overheads: Forecasting, budget control, partnering HR, driving the value creation agenda.

  • Performance Analysis: Analysis of business performance, market share tracker, etc.

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with HC BULT, CSP, and Marketing teams.

What you will need to succeed

The ideal candidate should have the ability to see the big picture while also being adept at delving into details to drive value-focused actions and resolve operational issues. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder management, and clear communication.

Experiences & Qualifications

+3 years’ experience in Finance or Consulting.

Skills

  • Passion for Performance: Ability to build, own, and drive improvements through critical thinking.

  • Resilience: Proven capability to cope with time pressure and challenges effectively.

  • Storytelling: Skilled in presenting complex information in a simplified and engaging manner.

  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

  • Communication: Presenting and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Connect, iFinance, and PowerBI is a plus.

  • Financial Modelling: Financial modelling skills are considered an advantage.
