The HR Well-being team at ASML is dedicated to supporting employees in maintaining their health, engagement and sustainable performance within a highly demanding, fast-growing high-tech environment. ASML’s success depends on highly skilled professionals who operate under continuous innovation pressure, making employee well-being essential for retention, productivity and long-term business success. To support this, ASML continuously invests in well-being initiatives that create a positive employee experience and enable employees to work and live in a sustainable way. In this internship, you will actively contribute to these initiatives by supporting well-being programs, communication and events. This role offers hands-on experience in how HR Well-being directly impacts both employees and the organization.
As an intern within the HR Well-being team, you will provide all-round support to ongoing well-being initiatives and daily operations.
