As our Account Manager for Belgium and France, you’ll help strengthen the relationships that make this growth possible. You’ll work closely with organizers, venues, and ticketing stakeholders to build trust, solve challenges, and deliver great fan experiences at scale.

You’ll join our Partnerships team and become the trusted point of contact for organizers across Belgium and France, making sure they feel supported, heard, and set up for success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with festivals, promoters, venues, and ticketing partners in Belgium and France.
Lead regular partner check-ins, performance updates, and strategic conversations.
Support new partners with onboarding and help them get the most out of our tools (including SecureSwap).
Ensure partner events run smoothly across the platform, stepping in proactively when needed.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to solve challenges and unlock opportunities.
Identify growth possibilities, such as new partnerships, markets, and event segments.
Represent TicketSwap at industry events, conferences, and festival sites when relevant.
Track partner performance, prepare clear insights, and share learnings with the Partnerships team.
Advocate for the needs of Belgium and France internally to help shape our roadmap and market approach.
3+ years of experience in account management or partnerships, ideally within live events, ticketing, entertainment, or tech.
Strong relationship-builder, you create trust through clarity, empathy, and consistency.
Familiarity with CRM tools or account management workflows.
Comfortable working across two markets with different dynamics and cultures.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple partnerships at once.
Comfortable representing a brand at meetings, events, and conferences.
Fluent French, Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
You enjoy solving problems and bringing calm, structure, and clarity to fast-moving situations.
You care deeply about delivering value, not just hitting numbers.
You’re comfortable with occasional travel across Belgium and France for partners and events.
