Store Operations

You’re responsible for building and running Suitsupply’s global fulfillment network, delivering fast and reliably as we grow. This means owning warehouse performance, carrier relationships, fulfillment technology, and omnichannel execution.

You’ll lead a team responsible for building the capability and culture to execute at scale. This includes developing talent, driving accountability, and creating systems that work across time zones and functions.

You work directly with Suitsupply leadership, own the fulfillment P&L, and are accountable for the outcomes: hitting OTIF targets, managing costs, and building infrastructure that supports growth while delivering a great customer experience.

This role requires strategic thinking, operational execution, and making the calls that matter.

What you will do

  • Design and optimize our global warehouse network, balancing cost, speed, and service level across markets
  • Own carrier strategy and performance, including: contract negotiation, SLA management, and continuous optimization of last-mile and cross-border delivery
  • Lead fulfillment technology initiatives with IT, including WMS/OMS optimization, automation, and systems integration
  • Enable commercial growth by ensuring fulfillment capabilities support new markets, services, and channels profitably
  • Drive operational excellence using data to set standards, track performance, and improve outcomes across the delivery journey
  • Partner with Buying, Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, and Analytics to align fulfillment with business strategy

Who you are

  • 7+ years in fulfillment or supply chain operations, with 5+ years leading teams at scale
  • Proven track record managing warehouse networks, carrier relationships, and large-scale operational or technology initiatives
  • Fashion retail or ecommerce experience with strong understanding of seasonality, product complexity, and omnichannel dynamics
  • Deep knowledge of WMS/OMS platforms (Manhattan experience a plus), European carriers, and cross-border logistics
  • Strategic and operationally fluent where you are comfortable in board discussions and on-the-ground execution
  • Commercially minded with strong P&L understanding and ability to assess ROI on infrastructure and automation investments
  • Clear, direct communicator who builds trust and alignment across teams

What you will get:

  • Autonomy - Own your strategy with executive support. We don't care for needless signing off and want you to get things done
  • Strategic partnership - Work with dedicated Analytics & Insights, Automation, and Product & Technology teams through our Operational Excellence Center. They report into the same function, so no cross-functional negotiating for basic support
  • Growth opportunity - Join at an inflection point where we're investing seriously in operational infrastructure. Your decisions shape how we scale
  • Direct culture - Work with passionate, straightforward colleagues who value excellence and continuous improvement. We say what we mean
  • Competitive package - Senior-level compensation with performance incentives aligned to operational excellence goals

Founded in Europe in 2000, Suitsupply has grown to over 90 international stores in cities such as Milan, London, Zurich, Amsterdam, New York, Toronto, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. In addition to our ever-expanding number of brick-and-mortar locations, we maintain a strong online presence, allowing Suitsupply to bring our style and top-tier service to all corners of the globe.

In an industry where fast fashion dominates and craftsmanship is fast disappearing, Suitsupply introduces a better option: one where no attention to detail or quality is ever spared. That’s why we use only the finest Italian fabrics sourced from mills such as Ferla, E. Thomas, Larusmiani and Vitale Barberis Canonico.

We have received widespread accolade from the likes of GQ, Esquire, and, perhaps most notably, a Wall Street Journal blind test that rated a $600 Suitsupply suit in a first-place tie with a $3,600 Armani.

While high-quality suiting at an affordable price point remain at the core of all that we do, our versatile range includes jackets, trousers, outerwear, shoes, accessories and attire available as prêt à porter and made-to-measure.

At Suitsupply, we pride ourselves in taking innovative approaches to traditional problems. This has led to the development of technologies such as our Design Your Own feature, our Garmentor app, and a commitment to in-house tailoring, providing quick alterations while you wait for a perfect fit every time. Each and every sales associate receives in-depth training through our acclaimed Suit School, bringing the unmatched level of passion and expertise that make Suitsupply’s customer service stand out.

The message is clear. We believe that nobody should leave Suitsupply with anything less than a perfect fit. If you’re equally devoted to quality, check out our jobs page for opportunities to join us.
