Design advanced Copilot Studio agents that power secure, scalable and automated customer journeys. In this role, you lead engineering decisions, guide colleagues and elevate the quality of Rabobank’s conversational AI landscape. As a Senior Copilot Studio Agent Maker, you translate complex requirements into seamless AI‑driven customer experiences.

- Lead the technical design and optimization of Copilot Studio agents by orchestrating secure flows, ensuring accurate grounding and improving system‑wide interaction quality.
- Guide and mentor Agent Makers by reviewing complex builds, providing architectural direction and strengthening engineering discipline across the team.
- Drive ALM implementation by enabling repeatable deployments through Azure DevOps pipelines and ensuring consistent integration with dependent enterprise systems.
Position within the organization
As Senior Copilot Studio Agent Maker, you operate within Rabobank’s conversational AI domain and collaborate with engineers, product teams and platform specialists to improve customer journeys and strengthen our digital capabilities.
You & your talent
- Hands‑on experience building Copilot Studio agents, including orchestration, prompts, grounding and API connectors.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse and integration patterns.
- Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines and enterprise‑grade solution design.
