In this role, you lead engineering decisions, guide colleagues and elevate the quality of Rabobank’s conversational AI landscape. - Drive ALM implementation by enabling repeatable deployments through Azure DevOps pipelines and ensuring consistent integration with dependent enterprise systems.

As Senior Copilot Studio Agent Maker, you operate within Rabobank’s conversational AI domain and collaborate with engineers, product teams and platform specialists to improve customer journeys and strengthen our digital capabilities.
You & your talent
- Hands‑on experience building Copilot Studio agents, including orchestration, prompts, grounding and API connectors.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse and integration patterns.
- Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines and enterprise‑grade solution design.
