Job Summary

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will have the unique opportunity to partner closely with sales and go-to-market teams and learn about how we can derive insights from our data and help the team in planning, coordinating and executing key analytics initiatives. This role requires a strong and collaborative individual who is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking and prioritizing different cases, pulling insights from data, translating these insights into actionable recommendations, and working cross-functionally to drive successful execution.

Your Impact

  • Become the expert: Aggregate & understand our systems & tools and gain the understanding of our business and products to support the sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate and build relationships: Work closely across teams and functions to gather the right information, pressure-test data & analyses, co-create deliverables, and accelerate execution.
  • Deliver results: Develop high-quality deliverables in a timely manner especially during the quarter ends.
  • Support rollout of business KPIs on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Regionalize the key sales and go to market insights and communicate with the wider EMEA teams to support business decision-making and planning process.
  • Continue to progress data quality efforts within enterprise systems such as Salesforce.com and other tools to ensure all users are accessing accurate and timely data.
  • Ongoing ad hoc analysis of customers, markets, organizations, industries, and products.
  • Be a master of G-Suite to make sure that we have a good track of our key files and folders.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • +5 years of business analysis or sales operations experience in a high-tech company, with demonstrated ability to strategically analyze and synthesize data into useful formats and actionable insights.
  • University degree in Business, Analytics or Economics.
  • Proven self-starter with a high-energy, company first, positive attitude that thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to peers and executives alike.
  • Ability to build trust, lead through influence, and collaborate across teams & functions.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
