Role description

The Data & AI Governance Operations Analyst I is responsible for governance and project management initiatives within the department. The role partners with various teams to support and proactively facilitate work between them, business units, and centralized functions. You will help teams scope and plan projects by documenting project goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and main deliverables.

You will ensure projects are managed consistently, build engagement with business units and central functions, and (where needed) support governance over decisions required for sign-off. In some cases, the role requires dealing with external vendors and managing external stakeholders.

You will also help teams mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure progress toward milestones. First and foremost, you will ensure team roadmaps and plans focus on agreed business priorities, dependencies, and strategies—designed based on data and business needs—and deliver against shared objectives and goals.
