This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff.

Kick off your part-time job as a Community Manager right from home

Are you perpetually online and practically living in the social media jungle? Well, do we have the dream job for you! As the Community Manager for several cool brands like The Vegetarian Butcher and Biscoff you become the superhero of all social media platforms.

Work from wherever your heart desires

Here’s the cherry on top: as a Community Manager, your office is wherever you bring your laptop with you. Literally anywhere, as long as there’s a good WiFi-connection.

There’s a live onboarding of about 2 hours to get you familiar with the brand and its social media. After that, you’re free to work from wherever you want. Schedule your missions weekly - flexibility is our middle name!

Key responsibilities

• You’re the legend in the comments, the whisperer of the socials;
• You’re a chameleon when it comes to shifting between brand tone of voices and -vibes;
• You’re the reason our followers are smiling;
• You’re the one with your finger on the pulse of the online world, always in the loop with the latest trends and buzz;
• Comments that land on your plate are usually cheer but sometimes jeer. So you're basically on the social frontlines, deciding whether a pinch of humor will de-escalate or if it's time to call the PR department.

What we are looking for

• Minimum HBO work and thinking level;
• You are always online and up to date with the latest (social media)trends;
• You are creative and customer-oriented when solving problems;
• You are available to work during weekdays, evenings and weekends;
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and English.
