The Customer Intelligence Analyst (CIA) team is part of the EMEA Business Development Team, whose focus areas are the Sales-Go-to-Market strategy and enabling the team to sell better, faster, and most efficiently. As a Customer Intelligence Analyst (CIA), you will be planting the first seed in selling Mendix!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team to identify and prioritize high-potential leads that align with our strategic goals.

• Support outreach efforts by providing clear, accurate, and relevant information to help the team effectively engage with prospective clients and partners.

• Contribute to data quality improvements, ensuring our systems and insights are reliable, inclusive, and up to date.

• Provide data-related support to the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, helping drive informed decision-making and inclusive growth strategies.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to collaborate across diverse teams and audiences.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment that values diverse perspectives.

• Flexibility to work part-time, with a minimum availability of 8 hours per week.
