Interim Business Analyst (HR)

We are looking for candidates who are available for this position by January at the latest, already based in the Netherlands, and hold a valid work permit.

• 4–6 years of experience as an (IT) Business Analyst, in the hospitality or leisure industry;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field;
• Proven ability to translate business needs into IT solutions;
• Skilled in stakeholder management, requirements analysis, and project coordination, including with external vendors;
• Organizational awareness and the ability to maintain an overview of processes, priorities, and the strategic alignment of systems (such as PMS, CRM, Financial Systems, Web Platforms, HR Systems, etc.);
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset;
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Finance modules;
• Skilled in process mapping, requirements analysis, and stakeholder facilitation;
• Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery and backlog management tools (Jira, ADO);
• Understanding of HR/Finance compliance, data privacy (GDPR), and audit practices;
• Familiarity with Workday releases, tenant management, and testing cycles.

Dit bieden wij

• Start: as soon as possible, but latest January;
• Assignment duration: at least 3 months, 4–5 days per week;
• Hourly rate: depending on seniority.

Unfortunately for this position we’re not able to support with a relocation or sponsoring a work visa in the Netherlands. Therefore, we can only consider applicants who are already residing in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit.
