The biggest challenge

Translating complex financial data into insights that drive impactful decisions. Stakeholders need clear and concise information – but the underlying models must be robust enough to withstand scrutiny. How do you balance speed with accuracy? How do you build forecasting models that are both sophisticated and usable? And how do you ensure innovations land smoothly within existing business processes? You’ll operate at the intersection of finance and tech: the ideal setting for a business-savvy analyst.

What you'll do

There is a continuous demand for relevant new insights. Your role is to develop innovative models for our management reporting tools to satisfy these needs, meeting or exceeding the expectations of internal stakeholders. To create value and drive business performance successfully, you foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration. Based on the insights that you unlock with your team, business stakeholders can make more accurate predictions, enabling better strategic decisions.

Success in this role requires the adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, a willingness to experiment, and the confidence to provide pushback when needed. You excel in settings where you are continuously challenged to deliver custom-made solutions. • Act as a sparring partner for your stakeholders, gather and refine requirements
• Translate available data into easy-to-understand business insights and drivers
• Model and maintain driver-based forecasting processes and models
• Identify and develop new innovation opportunities within the scope of FP&A

Why you can make a difference

You have a relevant master’s degree and 3-6 years of applicable work experience, ideally as a business analyst in a financially oriented environment. Your background in FP&A, financial modeling, and preferably SQL has prepared you to operate with confidence at the intersection of finance and tech. Your advice withstands challenges from financially savvy key stakeholders. You excel at financial modeling and can translate complex financial calculations into clear, driver-based models. You are a fast learner and will quickly gain expertise in Vena, our management reporting tool. You are known for delivering high-quality work in a complex and fluid environment.
