Business Analyst - Commerce

- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst within digital commerce, marketing technology, or hospitality eCommerce environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Digital Marketing, or Information Systems.
- Proven ability to translate business and customer needs into technical and process solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM/Marketing Cloud), Sitecore (CMS), STEP (PIM), IDeaS (revenue management), Ingenico (payment), and Elastic Search.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, content management, booking flows, and payment integrations.
- Skilled in process mapping, stakeholder facilitation, and functional documentation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of data privacy (GDPR) and PCI compliance for payment systems.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Dit bieden wij
A full-time employment contract at Landal consists of a 38-hour workweek, equivalent to a 5-day workweek. If you have a part-time contract, your salary and vacation days will be calculated proportionally.
- A one-year contract with a month probationary period in accordance with the Recreation collective agreement
- A salary between € 4,253 and € 6,076 gross per month on a full-time basis;
- 27 vacation days for a fulltime working week
- The possibility to work from home 2 days a week
- Home working allowance of € 2,40 per home working day
