Manager Customs & Trade Compliance

Join vidaXL as a strategic partner to senior leadership, working cross-functionally with teams such as logistics, distribution, production, sourcing, legal, and finance, as well as external brokers, governments, and consultants. Lead the Global operational customs team and make an impact in a fast-growing international environment.

You will:

• Oversee global trade compliance, including audits, risk and AEO-assessments, regulatory inquiries, and corrective action planning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global trade laws, labeling regulations, and packaging requirements.
• Manage the customs team and brokers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Project management, Shipping, Transportation, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Legal) to develop and implement new customs requirements.

You have:

• Bachelor’s level education.
• 5-10 years’ experience in Global Customs matters.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Ability to identify compliance gaps and recommend/implement process improvements for the global supply chain.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Stakeholder management/change management experience.
