This is an office-based role. You will be required to perform your role primarily from our Amsterdam or Gdańsk office and live within a commutable distance.
As the ideal Regional Workplace Lead, you are a dynamic leader with a proven ability to manage and implement meaningful and productive office experiences focused on the customer. You are adaptable and understand the need to experiment and pivot in a fast-paced environment that’s always changing. You have a tireless focus on delivering an office that aligns with the Atlassian values and its high-performing culture. You have the ability to quickly understand the evolving culture, anticipate change and the ability to scale Workplace offerings. You are an influencer through your first-class communication skills - both in writing and confident speaking.
The Office Hospitality team acts as a 3D billboard for our values, creates an environment where Atlassian’s are able to choose their own journey, and strives to stay aligned with our Customers and the business. This is an Individual Contributor role with regional scope across EMEA; it does not include people management.

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. For Poland: 181,800 - 237,350 PLN
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
