The One Assurance Academy is a two-year traineeship for ambitious starters who are looking for a kick-start to their career in accountancy. You will join a group of colleagues with diverse specializations and backgrounds, as PwC believes that collaboration leads to the best solutions.

Within the One Assurance Academy, you can choose from different tracks: Financial Audit, IT Risk, Audit & Control, Deals, Risk & Regulatory, Digital Transformation, and Technical Accounting. This vacancy provides more information about the Financial Audit track.

What you will do

In the Financial Audit track, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in various market sectors, including start-ups, international companies, and clients in the financial sector. You will be challenged and guided by enthusiastic colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Getting an inside look at clients where you work on assignments with your team;
• Learning about business processes and systems, assessing internal controls, and verifying financial statements with your team;
• Analyzing processes and the creation of financial data from different perspectives through diverse tasks at various clients, enabling you to advise clients on these matters;
• Assisting in the innovation of our audit processes through various data tools;
• If you choose to, pursuing a (post-)master's degree in Register Accountant (RA) paid for by PwC.

You have successfully completed an economic HBO, pre-master or university education. You closely follow developments in your field, are curious, and have the ambition to grow. You preferably master the Dutch language and can start in February or September. To complete the package, you have the following qualities:
