As Mobile Tribe, we work with a passionate and international team of mobile developers and UX designers to design and develop user-friendly and innovative apps for healthcare professionals who work on the go. Think of nurses who want to register or report something directly at the bedside, or carers who want to communicate with their team in real time.

As Product Owner Mobile, you are responsible for bringing our domains to life on mobile. You work closely with domain PO's, UX and development, and maintain a clear mobile vision across all domains. You involve stakeholders and users and create support for our plans. You are involved in refinements from the outset and ensure that mobile context and UX insights are not added after the fact, but are leading in choices.

Your responsibilities

• Collaboration: Working with domain POs to determine what the mobile implementation of a workflow will look like.

• Translating domain requirements into the reality of working on the go. Shorter tasks, less attention span, offline situations and other interaction patterns.

• Value maximisation: The mobile backlog prioritises across domains, based on a single coherent mobile vision. Ensures that we work on the right things at the right time, thereby adding maximum value to our products.

• Co-creation: Collaborates with mobile UX and tech leads on solutions that are intuitive, high-performing and robust.

• You dare to deviate from the web, as long as the domain logic remains intact.

Your team

At Nedap, you don't work in an isolated team, but as part of a close-knit collaboration focused on a shared goal. We work in a workflow-first and platform-neutral way: the healthcare professional and the work process are always central. As Product Owner Mobile, you are responsible for the mobile context within this whole. You work closely with domain POs, who own the care process and the underlying logic, and with UX designers who first dive into practice before designing solutions. Our technical team supports the domain with shared services for both web and mobile.

We believe in collaboration without silos and without endless handovers. Instead, we build on joint refinement, clear division of roles and shared responsibility for delivering real value.

Required experience and skills

As Product Owner Mobile, you are skilled at translating strategic objectives into concrete and achievable steps for our mobile apps. You know how to communicate this course clearly and convincingly. You dare to make decisions, but always reason from the user's perspective. When collaborating with other Product Owners, you prioritise the joint result: you work comfortably together, without territorial behaviour. You believe that good software starts with a deep understanding of the practice and know how to understand complex domains and reduce them to clear, workable choices. For you, UX and technology are not separate worlds, but equal partners in creating impactful solutions.

You also recognise yourself in the following:

• Product Owner experience: You have demonstrable experience as a product owner, preferably with multiple teams.

• Mobile experience: Experience with mobile products and an understanding that mobile is more than just ‘the web on a smaller screen’.

• Affinity with healthcare (nice to have): Experience in healthcare is great, but not required. An understanding of context-sensitive working is required.

• Language skills: Your verbal and written English skills are excellent.

Good to know: You are available for 32-38 hours per week. Hybrid (remote) working is common at Nedap, and you and your team will agree on your working hours to ensure a good work-life balance. You will be present at our campus in Groenlo at least three times a week.
