Controlling Commercial Analyst - Consumer Dairy NL

Ensure accurate and complete commercial controlling for Retail and Out-of-Home customers within our Dutch operations. As a Commercial Controller, you will act as a financial business partner to the commercial teams, providing insights, analysis, and strategic advice to drive profitable growth and informed decision-making.

This position is part of the Consumer Dairy NL finance team, the beating heart of FrieslandCampina’s home market. As one of the largest FMCG players in the Netherlands, we bring iconic brands like Campina, Optimel, and Chocomel to millions of consumers every day. Our portfolio spans a wide range of high-quality, nutritious dairy products, from milk, yoghurt, and dairy-based beverages to cheese and butter. We also partner with leading retailers to produce private-label products. In this role, you will work closely with commercial teams and report directly to the Finance Director North West Europe, contributing to the success of a dynamic and competitive market.

Education & Experience

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Financial Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Management Accounting, Business Control, and FP&A, ideally in FMCG and multinational environments.
• Proven experience in business partnering with sales and marketing teams, challenging assumptions, and influencing decisions.

You will contribute to the development of business strategies for our sales channels and support the commercial teams with financial expertise. Your role includes preparing and monitoring targets, forecasts, and long-term plans, analyzing performance, and advising on gaps between targets and realization. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting sales teams during annual negotiations, tenders, and deal-making processes, ensuring financial implications are clear and decisions are aligned with profitability goals. You will challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and help steer the business toward sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
