What you’ll do

• People: As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will work closely with clients to shape technical architecture and define project scope that meets their specific needs. You will support the development team in executing technical design and customizing the Salesforce platform, including AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, data extensions, advanced triggers, interactions, and automations. You will manage resource requirements and project team members, and maintain and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project.
• Processes: You will ensure solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domain. You will own implementation tasks from initial planning and requirements analysis, through design, development, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include solutioning and effort estimation for requirements, defining delivery approach, plan, and staffing, leading business and functional requirements definition, and prioritization/scoping of requirements. You will complete fit gap analysis of functional requirements against Salesforce.com features and functionality, and support pre-sales activities including participating in sales calls and proposal development.
• Technology: You will evaluate tradeoffs with technology and feasibility, making choices that fit the constraints of the project. You will communicate concepts, architectures, solution approach options, and evaluations through effective diagrams and written materials. You will develop technical documentation (HLD, LLD), perform gap analysis between current state and desired future state, and lead the successful delivery of Salesforce.com and other CRM implementation engagements. You will disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
• Data: You will define master data management, data migration, and data integration strategies.
