BHS Nutrition is a producer of high-quality nutritional supplements. We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate our growth and build strong relationships with new customers.
About BHS Nutrition
We develop, produce, and package premium nutritional supplements for both domestic and international brands. From our facility in Almere, we work every day on quality, innovation, and growth. You'll be part of an enthusiastic, close-knit team that values action and results.
Your role as Business Development Representative
As a BDR, you are the first commercial point of contact for potential customers. You build relationships, create new opportunities, and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads. You work with clear KPIs, but with plenty of freedom in your approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively approach potential customers
- Identify market opportunities and expand the customer network
- Follow up and qualify incoming leads
- Schedule meetings for the sales and management team
- Build a strong sales pipeline in our CRM system (Hubspot)
- Collaborate with the commercial team to close deals
- Contribute to sales strategies and market approach
- Represent the company at trade shows across Europe
Who you are
- You have a commercial mindset and enjoy working with targets
- You are communicative, sociable, and persuasive
- You thrive on connecting with people and creating opportunities
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and work independently
- You are fluent in Spanish
- Sales experience is an advantage, but motivation and drive are just as important
- Affinity with nutrition, health, or supplements is a bonus
