Mission of this role

As our Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring great tech talent. You’ll help our teams grow while making the hiring process smoother, smarter, and more enjoyable for both candidates and hiring managers. This isn’t just another recruiting role, you’ll have a real impact on Rentman’s growth. Product and Development are at the heart of what we do, and you’ll help shape our curious, ambitious, and fun team around it. You’ll work closely with our Product, Development, and People Ops teams to understand hiring needs, improve workflows, and create a positive experience at every step. What you'll do

  • Own the full recruitment journey for technical roles, making sure every step from sourcing to offer is smooth, efficient, and a great experience for everyone involved
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and long-term talent goals
  • Proactively source and engage top tech talent, using smart, data-driven strategies to keep a strong candidate pipeline flowing
  • Be the voice of candidates; gather feedback, share insights, and help People Ops continuously improve the candidate experience
  • Bring structure and best practices to the hiring process by advising on interview planning, evaluation criteria, and any process improvements that help both teams and candidates
  • Collaborate across Product, Development, and People Ops to ensure our hiring strategy aligns with Rentman’s growth ambitions and culture

What makes a successful Technical Recruiter

  • You’ve spent at least 3 years in recruitment, with solid experience sourcing and hiring top tech talent but you’re also confident recruiting for customer-facing and commercial roles
  • You know your way around modern tech stacks and ideally have a network in the tech or SaaS space
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English, whether you’re connecting with candidates or collaborating with colleagues
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple roles, timelines, and candidate journeys with ease
  • You’re a proactive, strategic thinker who takes ownership of hiring challenges and constantly looks for ways to improve the process
  • Collaboration energizes you & you love working closely with Product, Development, and People Ops to make things happen
  • Your personality matches with Rentman: curious, collaborative, problem-solving, and ready to take ownership while having fun along the way
