As an Accounts Payable (AP) Employee, you will be responsible for an accurate administration of the creditors. You will support the AP team with several tasks.

You will:

• Be point of contact internally and externally;
• Answer incoming e-mails and phone calls;
• Process invoices, payments, and credit cards;
• Assist with the weekly payments in several different banks;
• Maintain and program our invoice system and maintain supplier information;
• Review direct procurement payments and align with buyers;
• Review purchase orders and assist internal teams when required.

We ask:

• Advanced level of English in speaking and writing;
• Some Finance knowledge;
• Experience with Excel (Pre);
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week
