JOB PURPOSE:

As an intern in the Marketing Department, your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage.

We are a global marketing team focused on making our ice cream brands social and culture-first. Our work spans influencer strategy, social media management, content creation, and AI-driven innovation. We partner closely with brand teams, agencies, and media experts to deliver best-in-class campaigns and tools that keep our brands at the forefront of digital trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and execution of paid media strategies across EUANZ markets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and regional guidelines.
  • Contribute to monitoring media performance, analyzing campaign data, and preparing reports to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with external media agencies, media partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
  • Help organize and coordinate regular stakeholder meetings and support the planning and execution of special events and large-scale gatherings.
  • Engage with local market media leads to strengthen regional relationships, gather insights, and share best practices.
  • Assist in pilot projects with new media partners or emerging formats, helping the team stay ahead of digital trends.
  • Perform data analysis tasks to support decision-making and respond to ad-hoc media-related queries.
  • Contribute to planning and logistics for major company events (50+ attendees), ensuring smooth execution.

YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

  • You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting 23rd February or 2nd March 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week).
  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program, preferably in Marketing.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or English.
  • You have a passion for creativity and driving impactful ideas.
  • You are keen to learn digital and social marketing campaign creation, project management, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • You are ready to lead projects and contribute to marketing goals.
  • You like working on diverse projects, including product launches and social media assets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
