JOB PURPOSE
Join our Technology Strategy & Portfolio team to support the management of technology investments for the Ice Cream business. In this critical role, you will establish and maintain governance frameworks, deliver financial and performance insights, and enable data-driven decision-making through robust processes aligned with strategic priorities.

Process Setup & Governance

  • Assist the design and implementation of the IT portfolio management process, including governance structures and reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure all investment requests adhere to established processes and standards on a continuous basis.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Support the design of monthly portfolio reports covering investment status, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Design and build dashboards and reports from scratch using Power BI and other visualisation tools.
  • Deliver internal investment reporting, including budget tracking and variance analysis, to enable informed decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve the portfolio processes and reporting mechanisms and realize them accordingly.
  • Support automation and optimisation initiatives for reporting and governance workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance and IT functions to align approvals, budgeting, planning, and delivery cycles.
  • Support communication and change management efforts related to portfolio processes.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience

4+ years of experience in IT project delivery, portfolio management, PMO, or a similar role in a complex, matrixed organization.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualisation tools for portfolio reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.

Process & Governance Knowledge

  • Understanding of IT portfolio management principles and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project and product lifecycle management, including agile and hybrid delivery models.

Financial Acumen

  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and investment tracking.
  • Ability to prepare and analyse business cases and prioritisation frameworks.

Continuous Improvement Mindset

  • Strong collaborative mindset; able to work cross-functionally with business, technology, and finance teams.
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to drive process optimisation and automation initiatives.

Preferred

Experience in Consumer Goods or a similar industry.
