Product Manager, Operations Alliance(m/f/d)

We are looking for a Product Manager for our team in Amsterdam. Working in the Benelux ops-tech team, you take a leading role in ensuring the value of the Benelux tech landscape is maximised through efficiency gains, product improvements, and standardisation.

As a Product Manager at HelloFresh, you will work closely with our Engineering team on features across our entire supply chain. One day, you will focus on finding ways to optimise the size of our boxes, and another day, you will be enabling new production processes so we can pack even more delicious recipes for our customers. We are looking for a resourceful Product Manager to navigate the complex, fast-paced, and highly diverse world of HelloFresh, where you'll be the central problem-solver for integrating data flows across our different systems.

What you’ll do

• Develop technical solutions that bring immediate value to our supply chain
• Team up with the engineers to ensure the features bring value and are technically sound
• Define the priorities of feature requests and the product backlog to ensure business impact is maximised
• Collaborate with tech teams and operational stakeholders across the different HelloFresh markets

What you'll bring

• Experience in a tech and/or supply chain-driven company, preferably in product management
• Understanding of the Scrum frameworks and the ability to manage product backlogs, write user stories, and participate in sprint planning
• Proven track record of tackling and resolving complex, multi-layered supply chain problems
• Adept at simplifying technical topics and facilitating smooth collaboration between engineering and business teams
• Demonstrated the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions and stand behind them, even in the face of ambiguity or conflicting priorities
• Experienced in organizing and managing multiple projects, setting realistic deadlines, and keeping the team focused on top priorities
• Proactively identifies new growth opportunities in a fast-changing work environment
• Previous experience in SQL, understanding of Python would be a big plus
