Centered around our PIM system, the domain brings together data from multiple sources, enriches it using expert teams, automation, and AI, and ensures every product has the right content for the right channel. At this scale, we continuously improve how we structure, enrich, and distribute product information so customers always get clear, engaging, and consistent content wherever they shop.

You will:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Content Creation domain, leveraging Agile methodologies for flexibility and iterative delivery.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by monitoring performance and business outcomes, optimizing based on KPIs and goals.
  • Drive innovation by integrating AI capabilities, automation, and smart workflows into the systems and processes.
  • Ensure scalable and reliable technical solutions through collaboration with engineering to automate processes, reduce incidents, and improve stability and performance.
  • Manage large sets of product attributes and the complex configurations and relationships in PIM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align priorities, gather feedback, and support the product owner in delivering initiatives successfully.

We ask:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in e-commerce or content domain.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management, influence, and cross-cultural communication.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with international, remote teams and tools like Jira, Confluence, feed/marketplace platforms, and AI solutions.
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and adaptability, acting as a change manager when driving improvements and transformations.
  • Willingness to travel to other office locations globally.
