Depending on the topic, there is an opportunity to perform your thesis; a 32-40 hours per week presence is required.

Your role:

Gain an in-depth understanding of working within a leading supplier in the industry and build valuable knowledge in online retail. Learn how to add value to premium product categories and collaborate with diverse teams, including Media, Content, and Marketing. Develop skills in analyzing business data to draw insights and optimize performance. There is also an opportunity to gain experience in LEAN problem solving. Beyond the hands-on experience, this role offers a supportive environment for professional growth, helping you build a strong foundation for your career.

• Implementation and tracking of new tool to drive PDP optimization
• Promo optimization (post event analysis)
• Update and optimize various key performance dashboards
• Manage product availability via forecast & planning
• Day-to-day operational e-commerce management

You're the right fit if:

• Currently studying towards your Bachelor or Master of Science in Economics, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proactive, can-do mentality to ensure tasks are completed effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Natural curiosity for business improvement and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw data-driven conclusions
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
• Capable of working independently

In return we offer you:

• Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
• Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office: €300 net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255 net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the landlord, and your normal home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) needs to be more than 1.5 hours.
• Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192 net.
• Paid holidays per internship term.
• The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
