What do you bring?

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth and accurate project processes
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear project updates and smooth teamwork
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability, so you can anticipate challenges and help implement practical solutions
• Proficiency in modern management tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Teams, or similar platforms)
• Team-oriented attitude with a collaborative spirit, ready to support colleagues and contribute positively to group success
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Availability to work 32 to 40 hours per week

What are you going to do?

As a Project Officer at Forvis Mazars, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of both internal projects and external projects for our international clients. You will coordinate, plan and oversee project activities, making sure objectives are met and processes are optimized. You will have the opportunity to:

• Organize, monitor, and document project actions with precision
• Support team communication and manage incoming requests
• Help optimize business processes and implement improvements
• Assist with both internal and client-facing projects
• Work closely with client managers in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment
